How Pactuno handles account and workspace data.
Pactuno stores the profile and workspace data you enter to operate projects, CRM, documents and team collaboration.
- Account data — email, name, optional profile fields, and security settings (e.g. MFA).
- Workspace data — projects, CRM accounts, documents, chat and audit records belonging to your tenant.
- Billing — plan status and payment reports needed to confirm bank-transfer upgrades and issue e-invoices.
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authenticated users in your organization (and platform administrators when required for support or security).
Contact support@pactuno.online if you need a data export or account review.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Pactuno uses your verified email address and profile name to identify your account and display your profile. Signing in does not grant access to another company's workspace. Access follows your assigned role and workspace membership.

PacVault browser extension
For the extension's account identity, encrypted vault sync, optional per-site login-field access, temporary save drafts, and autofill controls, read the PacVault extension privacy notice.
Homepage analytics
Our public homepage uses Privatus Analytics to measure visits, engagement, link clicks and page performance, and may display feedback prompts. The service receives browser and page metadata and interaction events. This tracker is not installed in authenticated workspaces or account pages.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, tool opens, processing requests and download clicks. Google receives browser and device metadata for these measurements. Analytics events do not include uploaded files, file names, form values, account identifiers or URL query strings. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Analytics choices across Pactuno apps
Optional analytics stays off until accepted. The Privacy choices button lets you reject it or change your choice later. A necessary preference cookie remembers this choice across Pactuno subdomains for 180 days. Rejecting also excludes requests from optional first-party Watchtower visitor analytics; essential authentication, security and error handling continue. Accepting allows the analytics services installed in each app; it does not add new trackers to apps without them.
Changing from accepted to rejected reloads the page to stop previously loaded analytics scripts. Save unfinished work before changing your choice. Previously collected data is not automatically erased by withdrawing consent.
First-party operational analytics
Watchtower also records referring hostnames, normalized operation outcomes, response status and coarse Worker response-time buckets. Recent activity is limited to 100 entries and one hour; recent visitor estimates use daily salted hashes seen within five minutes. No request bodies, credentials or referrer paths are retained.
Pactuno and Relay count page requests, product opens and download requests and estimate visitor countries from edge IP geolocation. Raw IPs, URL query strings and private workspace identifiers are not stored. Daily salted visitor hashes and aggregate statistics are kept on a rolling 35-day basis. Known bots are separated; estimates can be affected by shared IPs and VPNs.
